What we collect

When you chat with CEW Concierge or email us, you may share your name, email or phone number, event date, venue and the details of what you’d like designed. We only receive what you choose to type.

How CEW Concierge works

CEW Concierge is an AI assistant. To reply to you, your messages are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic. When your conversation is complete, a summary and the conversation are emailed to our team so we can follow up personally. Pricing, availability and install timing are always confirmed by a person.

While you browse, your conversation is kept in your browser tab so it stays open as you move around the site. It clears when you close the tab.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and prepare your quote
• To contact you about your event
• To keep records of quotes, contracts and payments for jobs we take on

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the site

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Chat replies are generated by Anthropic. Lead emails are delivered by Resend. Each handles your information only to provide these services to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve shared at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
